How do I get your clips to my mobile?
Generally we aim to send our product directly to your mobile.  HOWEVER, not all network operators support MMS and 3GP video downloads in all locations.  In that case you can still purchase our clips, but you will need to tell us to send you your purchases in e-mail and then you will have to transfer the required files to your mobile yourself.  You can do this through a special cable that connects your phone to a PC, or, depending on your phone, using an IR link or Bluetooth connection between the PC and mobile.

How do I purchase mobile content from Inspired Tricks?
Ordering is simple!  Follow the instruction on our web site which will lead you payment page where payments may be made by billing to your PayPal account or to your credit card.

How do I know if my handset is compatible?
If you would like to check your phone model's compatibility with our services then simply check the details on our “Phones Supported” page.

Can I view the clip before I buy?
Not at the moment, but we will provide this facility soon.

Do I have to order using the Website?
Yes, we cannot accept orders by phone. 

Can I send my ringtones/graphics to different telephone numbers?
Yes! You can send your video anywhere you wish! simply enter the telephone number you wish to send the clip to.

How can I find out the model of my phone?
You can find the model of your phone by following these steps:
Turn off your phone
Remove your phones battery and look underneath

Why is my carrier not supported by your site?

At this time, not all carriers and operators support outside mobile portals.  If you want Inspired Tricks content to be supported by your carrier please contact your carrier directly and request our content. 

How long does it take for my order to get to my phone?
Usually you’ll get your order within a short while.  When network traffic is unusually high, this process might take much longer.  Please be patient!  Please check your email for additional download options.

What if my order doesn't arrive?
Please contact us via e-mail and don’t forget to give us your order reference code.

In addition to the cost of the video, does it cost money or airtime to download the video?
Most wireless carriers bill in increments of kilobytes (kb) for data usage, not minutes.  This means that you are only billed for the data you send or receive through the network.  See your operator's terms and conditions for how data sessions are billed in your plan.

How many videos can I store on my phone at one time?
The exact number will depend on your phone, the size of the video, and how many other applications you have downloaded.

Can I delete the video stored on my phone?
Yes.  You can add or remove them from your phone. Depending on your carrier, you may be able to retrieve the application to your phone without re-purchasing it.

Why do I need to have text-messaging, MMS and Internet service enabled?
You need SMS, MMS and Internet service enabled so we can send you the items that you have purchased.

How do I set up my phone for WAP?
Contact your service provider who should be able to set your WAP up automatically for you free of charge.

Why can't I download my item when I click on the bookmark/link?
On some mobiles, WAP-Push is "deactivated" by default.
If WAP-Push is deactivated, you won’t be able to receive any download links.
Please follow the instructions in your phone manual or contact your service provider.
